Refund policy

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any bookings.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your session, we require at least 72 hours notice in advance of the original session date. To reschedule, please contact us via email at least 72 hours before the session date to discuss available options. Please send us your order number and session date and time.

Bookings Made Within 72 Hours of the Event: If you book within 72 hours of the session, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any rescheduling requests.

Rescheduling a booking the within 48 hours of the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee per ticket.

In the case of an emergency, please email us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution.

Please note that any rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees and at the sole discretion of management.
